Sample Breakfast Menu: As for breakfast, we get more requests for our genuine sourdough pancakes with birch syrup and wild berry jams than anything else. Grits & eggs, an omelet, or broccoli & onion quiche are also favorites. The fresh eggs are from our chickens, ducks, and even geese! For fish lovers we enjoy red salmon lox & cream cheese with locally made bagels.
